Low fire hazard compound type PP is thermoplastic granulated material, it is produced under manufacturer’s TU and has three grades: PPO 30-35 (sheathing), PPI 30-30 (insulation), PPV-28 (material filling). It is meant for sheathing of cables and wires used in areas with higher requirements to fire safety and flame propagation if the cables are laid in bunches, in areas with higher requirement to low smoke and chloride hydride emission at combustion. This compound is also meant for cables used at atomic, heat and hydro power stations, in the underground, high buildings, on shipboard, at chemical plants, in warehouses and others. See technical characteristics:

All the compounds grades are packed in special soft “Big-Bag” containers for single use. The containers have a polyethylene inner coating for bulk goods. The weight of goods in a container is from 600 kg to 1'000 kg. Smaller batches can be supplied in 25 kg paper bags. The compounds are transported by any vehicles secured the goods quality till they are delivered to the customer.
