Cross-wound combined material based on aluminium foil (PET/Aluminium foil, GOST R 52145-2003) is used for shielding of communication cables, block-signalling cables, different frequencies cables, and power cables.
The cross-wound films are tightly wound in rolls with cardboard-paper core with inside diameter 76.2 mm. The width of the tapes to be cross-wound is 10-50 mm, maximum width of the cross-wound roll is up to 500mm, outside diameter of the cross-wound roll is up to 600 mm, maximum weight per cross-wound roll is up to 50 kg, the edges of the given rolls don’t have any extensions and dents.

The appearance of the material does not allow cracks, folds, breaks, nicks, pollution and through holes, bloats. A reel must be tight, easy and fully unreelable.
